CE Group Employee Tenure Milestone

Congrats to CE Group Employee Tenure Milestones!

It’s not very often that you get to celebrate not one, but four long service milestone achievements. This week, we paused, reflected, and congratulated Bryce Duclos, Jula Turnbull, Justin Hofman, and Tristan Tidbold on their employee tenure milestones at CE Group.

As a business, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the day-to-day of delivering work and not stop to revel in these accomplishments. But this week, we were fortunate to do just that.

These individuals embody CE Group values and have been with us through all triumphs, challenges, and growth, thankfully still smiling. 😁

Most of the team have started their careers with CE Group, and through this time have all experienced levelling growth patterns throughout their career.

These lengths of tenure are a testament to the business, proving that diversity, an exciting career journey, and a good team are fundamental to a fulfilling work life.

With the opportunity to work on projects across Australia, PNG, and Macau, Bryce, Justin, and Tristan have been involved in projects such as Tallawarra Power Station, APEC Haus, and EIMC Renewal, to name a few.

Congratulations to the milestone team; this is a huge achievement.

If you are ready to start your career with CE Group we have a range of positions available: https://lnkd.in/gYDeJ8bH

Wondering what’s kept them around all this time? Surely its benefits such as this: Employee Benefits

*edit, Tristan unfortunately couldn’t make it on the day of celebrations so he will have to get his happy snap at a later date.
