CE Group announces new project award: Ark Energy SunHQ Hydrogen Hub with Walz Group

It is with absolute great pleasure that we announce our latest project win with long term client Walzgroup.

CE Group have been engaged to successfully execute the supply and installation of the HV and LV electrical, control, instrumentation and communication systems for Ark Energy’s new SunHQ hydrogen hub near Townsville.

This landmark project will involve the construction of 1 MW polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) electrolyser that will produce green hydrogen from a behind-the-meter connection to the co-located 121 MW Sun Metals Solar Farm.

When completed, the project is set to be one of the largest integrated, green hydrogen production and refuelling facilities in Australia.

We are looking forward to a successful project delivery working with the incredible team at Walz Group.
