Project Details

CE Group, a renowned electrical industrial contractor, was engaged to carry out the significant task of replacing all the lights in the ceiling above the Boning Room Floor at JBS Dinmore. This processing plant holds the distinction of being the largest beef plant in the Southern Hemisphere, with a daily production capacity of 3,400 heads and a workforce of over 2,000 team members. The scale and operational intensity of the facility added complexity to the project.

Given the tight project timelines and challenging work environment, all work was scheduled and completed during weekend shutdowns. This approach ensured minimal disruption to the plant’s regular operations while adhering to the project deadlines. The replacement of the ceiling lights required careful coordination, especially in such a critical part of the facility, where precision and timing were essential.

CE Group demonstrated its commitment to delivering high-quality results by completing the project on time and within budget. Throughout the project, the team remained highly conscious of the significant Health and Safety risks involved, especially in light of the difficult working conditions during installation. By maintaining stringent safety protocols, CE Group was able to execute the work seamlessly without any incidents, ensuring that both safety and operational efficiency were prioritised.

Through their expertise and dedication, CE Group further established its reputation as a trusted electrical industrial contractor, capable of managing large-scale projects under tight constraints. The successful delivery of this project exemplifies CE Group’s ability to handle complex industrial electrical tasks while maintaining exceptional standards.
